We ship Monday through Friday.
We use UPS and USPS primarily for shipping. We use the least expensive service that is available to your shipping address.
We only ship to a P.O. Box on small orders. All orders need a physical address.
Please make sure you list an active email or phone number so you can be notified when your order is shipped and get your tracking information.
Most ready to ship item orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours from time of purchase.
Custom items ie: molds, acrylic, wood, powder coated tumblers take time as these are hand made. Processing times very. Please check the categories header for current processing times or email email@example.com as all items ship together.
Free Shipping is covered up to $20 for AK, HI, PR and any other countries. The additional shipping will be invoiced to you prior to shipping.
International orders- Shipping does not include import or tariff fees. You are responsible for those.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint. Claims can be filed at claims.route.com. If you do not hear back on a claim within 48 hours please contact Griffin Blanks at firstname.lastname@example.org.
