Don't worry it works from mobile as well. Go to your app store and download the Rakuten app. It will look like this.

Simply open the app, search for the store you are wanting to shop at or choose from the many they have suggested. Click the store of choice, it will direct you to the website and shop as usual. Its really is that simple!
