Returns and Refund Policy
OUR RETURN POLICY •
You may return an item within 7 days of your delivery date for a store credit. Items outside of this time period cannot be returned or exchanged. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get authorization for a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Returned items that qualified for free shipping will be credited less the shipping fee.
If you receive a defective item please reach out to email@example.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Please include your order#, pictures and/or video of your defective item. Picture of your packing slip(s) must be included in the email. Item(s) will be replaced by way of store credit or replacement. Items outside of this time period will not be credited or replaced.
Please make sure your cup is not damaged or defective before customizing as no credits or replacements will be issued on customized items. ORIGINAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS IS NON REFUNDABLE. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Custom Items are not eligible for return or refund. If you are not happy with your order please contact us and we will do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Custom items include all hand made items. Examples are molds, wood engraved, acrylic cut or engraved, powder coated items etc.
Refunds are not issued on any items. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
