Returns and Refund Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned within 7 days of your delivery date for a store credit. Refunds will not be issued. Items outside of this time period cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit will be given less the cost of shipping. Customers who received qualified free shipping will be credited less the shipping fee.

If you receive a defective item or your order is missing an item, please email us at support@griffinblanks.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Please include your order#, pictures and/or video of your defective item. Picture of your packing slip(s) must be included in the email. Item(s) will be replaced by way of store credit or replacement. Items outside of this time period will not be credited or replaced. Please make sure your cup is not damaged or defective before customizing as no credits or replacements will be issued on customized items. ORIGINAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS IS NON REFUNDABLE. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Custom items are not returnable. If you are unhappy with a custom item please let us know and we will make every effort to make it right. 
Once an order is placed it cannot cancelled or refunded.
